HEL was established in 1993 and is located in the beautiful coastal city of Shantou. As one of the few private enterprises that early on introduced equipment from Taiwan and produced ceramic capacitors, our company has gained a good reputation among customers. The capacitor products have laid a solid foundation for the development of our enterprise.
